Lynn Gibson, Director at insolvency and business recovery firm Gibson Hewitt, has made the shortlist of this year’s Turnaround, Restructuring and Insolvency (TRI) Awards.
Lynn has been selected by the award’s judges from the hundreds of entrants submitted for the prestigious category of Turnaround Practitioner of the Year.
The TRI Awards, formerly known as the Insolvency & Rescue (I&R) Awards, champions experts undertaking outstanding work in corporate rescue, as well as those making critical investments in distressed and struggling businesses.
Speaking about her shortlisting, Lynn said: “I am absolutely delighted to have been shortlisted at this year’s TRI Awards. It reflects not only my work in the sector, but all of our work as a firm.
“Being faced with the prospect of insolvency or financial difficulties can be a very difficult time for a business owner and we are really glad that we as a firm can be there to lend a helping hand.”
This is the second time this year that the West Byfleet-based practice has been recognised at awards having won the title of Corporate Restructuring Advisory Firm of the year at the 2016 Corporate INTL Awards.
Lynn will find out if she has been successful at an awards evening held at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London on 19 October 2016.
