National small business awards shortlist local professional as Business Women of the Year
We are pleased to announce that Lynn Gibson, our Director, has been named as a finalist at this year’s SME National Business Awards.
Lynn, who co-founded our firm nearly 30 years ago, has been selected for the Business Women of the Year category at the prestigious awards, which recognises excellence in the UK’s small to medium-sized businesses.
Reaching the finals of the awards is representative of the hard work, enterprise and success that Lynn and our firm have reached.
The nomination follows on from our recent success at the Toast of Surrey Business awards, where we were also shortlisted for the Professional Services Award.
Talking about the firms achievements in recent weeks, Lynn said: “We have been completely blown away by our recent success and I am personally delighted to have been selected in this category at a national award.
“Little did I think when I launched Gibson Hewitt that we would be enjoying this level of recognition. None of this would be possible without the support of the rest of the team, who work so hard for our clients.”
We will find out if Lynn has won the overall title at a special awards ceremony due to be held at Wembley Stadium on 7 December 2018.
“I can’t wait to join my fellow female finalists at the awards later this year,” said Lynn. “I hope I am able to bring this national title home to our practice in West Byfleet.”
