Thank you for all you did for me personally during the last 18 months or so. It was not just the excellent advice you gave me but, equally as important, the way in which you did it. Going through this process is not easy, but I found your calming influence and your empathetic approach most helpful and reassuring. Thank you.
This is about the only time I will not say that I hope we work together in the future!! I could not go through that again but, if I had to, then it would be done through you, but let’s hope it does not happen.
