Pre Pack Administration
A Pre Pack administration is where the Administrator sells all or part of the business and assets quickly, prior to consultation with the creditors.
It is used where the assets of the company will erode quickly for example fruit and vegetables or frozen foods or it is imperative to continue trading to preserve the goodwill of the business.
