Terms & Conditions of Business

Agreement of terms for Insolvency Services.
We are bound by the ethical guidelines of our professional body and therefore accept instructions on the basis that we will act in accordance with those ethical guidelines. 

We will act from the date of our signed engagement letter and it will remain effective until replaced.  The engagement letter should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.

Either party may vary or terminate our authority to act at any time without penalty.  Notice of termination must be given in writing.
